I would describe 2020 as an uncertain, challenging but at the same time an instructive year!
What do you appreciate most about your job?
What I appreciate most is working in a large, skilled team, where we all have the freedom to be creative, so that we can delight the guests and each other every week. I think we are lucky to be able to rotate work assignments and learn new things from each other!

An exhilarating mix of nav.no, opening nerves and not least disinfection at regular intervals.
What do you appreciate most about your job?
The most rewarding thing is to have great people around you in a well-functioning team, and happy guests who appreciate what you do. I have been lucky enough at 4Service to have had plenty of both, and even in an unusual year like 2020, it was probably these two things I appreciated most.
